Join Georgina Cassels for an amazing 5-hour workshop focused on silks and rope, exploring the art of fluidity in aerial movement. Combining her expertise in Pilates and circus arts, Georgina will guide participants through:
• Strengthening foundational skills (inversions, back balances, climbs, and beats).
• Refining technique and biomechanics to enhance control in the air.
• Delicate and sensitive approaches to achieve fluidity in choreography.

While the workshop will focus on silks and rope, the knowledge and techniques shared are applicable to all aerial apparatus.


About Georgina:
An accomplished circus artist and educator, Georgina studied at the National Centre for Circus Arts and Gravity Circus Centre. She has performed internationally, co-founded aerial collectives, and received awards at prominent festivals such as the Cyrkulacje Contemporary Circus Festival and MUCH Festival. Currently based in Budapest, Georgina is the organiser of the Budapest Aerial Meeting and a passionate advocate for aerial dance!
